Oxegen confirms Black Eyed Peas

The Black Eyed Peas are the latest act announced for next summer’s Oxegen Festival 2011. The band will return to Oxegen for the second year in a row.

Black Eyed Peas join a bill with headliners Foo Fighters, Blink-182, and Arctic Monkeys, plus Paolo Nutini, who have confirmed for Ireland’s annual three-day, multi-stage music festival weekend, which offers festival favorites, big-name international acts, and a variety of musical styles from Thursday, July 7th, to Sunday, July10th, 2011. Next year’s festival will return to Punchestown Racecourse, Naas, Ireland.

Oxegen has released a limited batch of early-bird saver tickets at 2007 prices, which will be available until Friday, December 31st. Tickets can be secured with a €100 deposit, and the balance payable in two installments. General sale tickets will go on sale March 2011.

Tickets are priced at €179.50 (full price €199.50) for a 3-day NO camping ticket, and €199.50 with camping (full price €224.50). For an extra €20, fans can purchase a 4-day ticket, including camping.
