Ciara unfollows Keri Hilson
Ciara has reportedly unfollowed Keri Hilson's Twitter account after she made comments about her low album sales.
The 'Work' singer, whose latest LP Basic Instinct entered the US album chart at number 44, is said to have deleted Hilson from her micro-blogging page after she told radio station Power 105.1: "I would like to do higher that 35k - I mean anyone would."
Ciara later tweeted: "Hear that a newcomer to power 105.1 morning show is really into talking about me! I love it! Keep promoting me! Glad 2 know i mean that much."
She later added: "While were off to this good day, let's have a toast to the douche bags, and have a toast for the assholes!"
Hilson's sophomore effort No Boys Allowed is predicted to sell 100,000 copies this week
http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/news/a294761/ciara-unfollows-keri-hilsons-twitter.html
Since its digital spy it could be fake but if true that is a douchebag move by Keri.

Michelle Branch Hopes to have record out by summer
Michelle Branch has revealed that her new album will mark a return to her pop roots.
The singer, whose last studio release was a country record as part of the Wreckers, said that she has been writing a "fun" and "creative" LP in the vein of her debut The Spirit Room in London with producers Jim Irvin and Julian Emrey.
Irvin and Emrey are best known for their work with McFly, Boyzone and David Guetta.
In a Ustream chat, she said: "I was in London - I've been working on a new record Julian Emrey and Jim Irvine, who are these two writers I met in LA. The first song we wrote together is a song called 'Spark', and we were so excited about it - it was the best writing day possible!
"It's great because they're writers and also producers. My favorite song that we wrote together was called 'The Story Of Us'. It's a song that's really personal to me."
She continued: "I have 11 or 12 songs ready to go right now and I'm going to go in studio in January and start recording them. I'm really confident I will have this record out by next summer."
On the album's sound, she said: "I hate putting labels on it because a good song is a good song. This record is more in the vein of my first record, which I would say was a pop record.
"The last record became so exhausting that this one is all about having fun and being creative again and not feeling like I have to write a specific way for a specific genre."
The 'Everywhere' star's last solo studio LP was 2003's Hotel Paper, which peaked at number 35 on the UK album chart and number two in the US.
Sounds promising. Can't wait!

Paramore is done promoting Brand New Eyes
After its release in September 2009 Paramore's multi-platinum album "Brand New Eyes" has official stopped being promoted.
The bands lead singer Hayley Williams confirmed the single "Playing God" was the last single and that the group are ready to move onto the next project.
During the MTV interview Hayley also discussed the making of the "Playing God" video.
"We put out 'Playing God' and did a video for it with our friend [director] Brandon [Chesbro], and I feel great. I feel like... we hit the finish line and we're golden. I love it. I'm proud," she explained.
"We filmed it at my house, so it was really personal, and I think that's how we like to keep things."
She added: "We had friends hanging out on set all day, and Brandon being one of our best friends, he directed it... It was just a fun, personal play on the lyrics of the song."
Can't wait for their new record.

Hilary Duff said she will return to music when she feels "really inspired"
Hilary Duff has revealed that she will return to music when she feels "really inspired".
The singer and actress, whose last album was 2007's Dignity, said that she is keen to release more music but is undecided on what her future record would sound like.
"You know what, I want to and I think that until I feel really inspired by something that I wanna do, like a way I want to go, I couldn't do it," she told Maney and Riley.
"I think one day I'll wake up and I'll say, 'That's exactly it!' you know, and then I could do it. But right now, I'm not focused on that."
Duff is currently promoting her first science-fiction novel, called Elixir.
Hopefully she will come back soon. Her music catalog is really amazing.

New Artist Alert
I want everyone to turn there attention to a group called Call The Cops. I just recently discovered this group by watching the real world cuthroat on MTV last night. During one the callenges they played a song called Ain't Life Grand by Call The Cops where they show the caption at the bottom of the screen of what song is playing. The group is described as Rock/Pop/Dance music which is very true. Their songs are simply amazing. There album and EP are itunes and are 99 cents a song. These songs will be on my workout playlist. Everything is so high energy and super catchy. It is so a must buy for anyone that loves feel good music.
