Seems legit, maybe she's trying to release it then for holiday sales. Also, maybe trying to recreate the success 'The Evolution' had cause it was released in December 4 years ago.
Just release a upbeat single already and get a decent chart position with the single then release the album 2 monthes after. Hopefully the album will be good.
