I thought you would be interested in Jessie James, Mercury/Island's newest pop diva with a twang. She just finished a touring stint with the Jonas Brothers and is preparing for the release of her self-titled debut album. Jessie composed her first song at the young age of 9.
She sites Christina Aguilera and Janis Joplin as musical influences.
Jessie's song, "Blue Jeans", was featured on the 'Confessions of a Shopaholic' soundtrack.
