A source tells PEOPLE the couple got engaged a week ago on her 36th birthday while the two were in London.
Jonas closed down a Tiffany store in New York City to buy an engagement ring, according to the insider.
“They are so happy,” the source says.
Reps for both stars did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
A Jonas source tells PEOPLE the singer is “very, very happy.”
“His friends and family have never seen him like this, and they’re all really excited for him. He’s definitely very serious about her,” the source says.
Late Thursday night, Chopra’s director for the Indian film Bharat, Ali Abbas Zafar, announced the actress would be leaving his project in a cryptic tweet alluding to her boyfriend, which launched rumors among the Indian press the two stars were engaged.
The news comes just two months after the pair began dating in May. Over the last several weeks, the 25-year-old singer and the Quantico star have been spotted on several dates, including a dinner date in New York City and a Beauty and the Beast Live in Concert show in Los Angeles.
An insider previously told PEOPLE Jonas and Chopra stayed in touch after hitting it off last year but things really heated up between the pair when they introduced each other to their families.
First, Chopra met his family at his cousin Rachel Tamburelli’s wedding in New Jersey on June 9. At the ceremony were Nick’s brothers Frankie and Kevin Jonas, who was accompanied by his wife Danielle, as well as their mother Denise and father Kevin Sr.
“It’s a huge deal that Nick brought Priyanka to his cousin’s wedding,” a Jonas pal previously told PEOPLE of the duo, who posed together at the 2017 Met Gala. “He’s dated a lot over the last couple years but it’s never been anything serious, so this is a big step. Nick and Priyanka really like each other, and his family enjoyed getting to know her as well. She fit right in!”
Then, on June 22, Nick and Priyanka traveled to India where they met her mother Madhu.
And Chopra is ready to be a mother as she recently told PEOPLE, “I am a very ‘live in the today,’ maximum ‘live in the next two months’ kind of person. But [in] 10 years, I definitely want to have kids. That is, it’s going to happen in the next 10 years. Well, hopefully earlier than that. I’m very fond of children and I want to be able to do that.”
Nick, who split from Olivia Culpo in 2015 after two years together, isn’t the only Jonas getting ready to walk down the aisle. Brother Joe and his fiancée, Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner announced their engagement in October 2017.

Jamaican producers and songwriters have submitted “500 records” for new album that’s been more than a year in the making
For the past year, Rihanna has been recording a complete dancehall album for an upcoming project, according to numerous producers and songwriters.
For more than a year, Rihanna and her label Roc Nation have been hunting for beats as they work to complete an album devoted to exploring the singer’s Caribbean roots, according to conversations with eight sources close to the project. In addition, two of those sources suggest that the singer is simultaneously at work on another pop-oriented album.
Rihanna first mentioned the possibility of releasing a reggae-centric album publicly during a Vogue profile in May, but her and her potential collaborators have been quiet ever since. The magazine suggested that Supa Dups, the veteran dancehall producer behind recent hits like Drake’s “Controlla,” was “one influence” on the album, though other details were scarce. (While Supa Dups did not respond to email requests for comment, two other sources with knowledge of Rihanna’s album confirmed the producer’s involvement.)

Sam Asghari talks To ‘Men’s Health’ About Meeting Britney
Next came the “Slumber Party” casting — which almost didn’t happen. In October 2016, Asghari woke up to two frantic voicemail messages from his agent.
Sam, we’ve got a music video with Britney Spears. Do you want to do it? We need an answer. We need you tomorrow.
“I got a call at midnight,” says Asghari, pointing out that music video leads are usually cast weeks in advance. “It went through so much to get to me. I don’t know if it’s some sort of a blessing or just meant to be.”
Two days later, Asghari was on the set, a mansion in California filled with massive stage lights, smoke machines, bubbles and dozens of backup dancers.
“I was excited that I get to meet one of the biggest artists of all time,” he says. “I had butterflies.”
Between takes, Asghari attempted to break the ice with the pop star with a little joke. “She said, ‘Hi, I’m Britney,' and I said, ‘I’m sorry. What’s your name again?’” Asghari says with a laugh. “I tried to be funny. I don’t think anybody got it.”
They ended up talking during breaks, and, before the end of the shoot, they exchanged phone numbers. That turned into an invite to go out for sushi, and the rest is history.
They tried to keep their relationship quiet, but that didn’t last long. In December, paparazzi spotted the couple out while they were out on a date. Then, on New Year’s Day 2017, Spears finally made things Insta-official with a photo of Asghari putting his arm around her at dinner.
“After the video came out, nobody knew we were dating,” he says. “I don’t think [she or I] had the intention to just be friends.”
Today, the couple gives the public a peek into their private relationship every so often with Instagram videos of their conditioning routines. In a video Spears posted on May 3, Asghari bench presses Spears’ entire body and does sit-ups with kisses for added motivation. The video has racked up more than 5 million views.
“The exercises, I come up with them, but the videos are because of my better half. She’s the video director,” he says. “It’s a very fun thing, and I look back at them and smile.”
Asghari says most of their workout videos are shot in Spears’ home gym, and they take about 20 to 30 minutes to do. “Working out together is always nice and we try to do it a couple times,” he adds. “It’s super healthy, mentally and physically. It takes your mind off of everything else.”
Spears said in a recent interview that her 12-year-old son, Sean Preston, usually shoots the videos she posts on social media, but says Asghari has pushed to make them more polished.
“He’s a trainer so everything has to be so perfect. We probably did 40 [takes] and I hurt myself,” she joked in an interview with The Associated Press. “It looked great, he did a good job and he edited it really, really well.”
When he’s working out on his own, Asghari says Spears still motivates him through her music — his favorite Britney song is “Stronger.” “I put my headphones in and focus on the exercise itself — that’s therapy for me,” he says.
During the couple's downtime, Asghari likes cooking for Spears. Some of their favorites are panini sandwiches, pesto pasta and chicken dishes. When they go out to eat, Asghari isn't afraid to bend the rules of his diet. “If the ravioli looks good on a date night, I’m eating it,” he says.
But they’re both busy, with Spears touring in the U.S. and Europe and Asghari juggling multiple projects. Spears, who has been in the entertainment business since she was 11, is a huge inspiration for Asghari — and he supports her, too.
“She motivates me more than anyone. It’s crazy how I can be humbled by a person like her. If I could be that humble when I’m that high in life, that would be the best thing,” Asghari says. “I grew up with three sisters, and my personality is just to be a supportive person for my family and she’s family. I’m always going to support her. She is another blessing that happened to me.”
With Spears’ support, Asghari is preparing to take his acting from commercials and music videos to the big screen. This summer, he will star in his first lead role in a movie. (He can’t yet give details due to contractual details, he says.)
“I’ve been preparing myself for everything ever since I was little, so it’s not surprising that everything is happening,” he says.
“When great things happen to me, it only motivates me and puts me in a position where I have to work even harder. I think about how far my family came, and everything they sacrificed for me to be here, so I never take anything for granted.”
Asghari says he is open to acting in all kinds of genres, including comedy, action, and drama, but just wants to make sure to take on roles that inspire others like the ones that inspired him growing up.
“When I was a kid, I would look at action stars, superheroes and even comedians with amazing performances, and they changed my life,” he says.

Is Miley Cyrus Kicking Off A New Era???
It’s the start of a new weekend — and, possibly, the start of a new era for Miley Cyrus, who deleted all the posts off of her Instagram account. Some of her 76 million fans on the platform started noticing the number of her photos decreasing sometime Thursday. By Friday morning, her entire catalog of thousands of posts was completely gone. (She did leave up a few Instagram Story highlight reels, however — so it’s safe to say she’s not finished with Instagram entirely, for now anyway.)
Cyrus isn’t the first celebrity — or musical artist in particular — to decide to clean her social media slate. In fact, that’s exactly what Taylor Swift did in the lead-up to the rollout of her most recent album, Reputation. Clearing out Instagram accounts is often a signal that artists are getting ready to re-set the narrative of their careers and present a new image, which might be just what Cyrus is headed toward: her last album, Younger Now, came out back in 2017 and produced the stripped-back hit track “Malibu.” Then again, maybe she just wanted a refresh for other reasons entirely.

Lindsay Lohan Won't Be In Life Size 2
If you were hoping that Tyra Banks and Lindsay Lohan would reunite for the sequel to their 2000 made-for-TV movie Life-Size, prepare to be disappointed.
Banks on Monday used social media to reveal that Francia Raisa — currently a regular on grown-ish — will star alongside her in Life-Size 2, which is set to premiere this winter as part of Freeform’s annual “25 Days of Christmas” event.
For those who missed Life-Size the first time around, the movie starred Banks as Eve, a fashion doll inadvertently brought to life by Lohan’s Casey, a young girl who was trying to resurrect the spirit of her deceased mother. (In other news, this plot seems way more twisted on paper than it appears on screen.)
In the sequel, Eve is “magically awoken to help a young woman learn to live and love again. Along the way, Eve herself will experience the ups and downs of real life in a fun, edgy, modern Christmas movie.” That was the synopsis provided by the network last year — and now we know that the “young woman” in question will be played by Raisia. Raisa will play Grace Manning, the confident and funny CEO of Marathon Toys, a huge toy company started by her mother that is most famous for manufacturing the iconic Eve doll. Grace is also a hot mess in the middle of her quarter-life crisis and realizing that she is in over her head as CEO. To make matters worse, her wild-child ways are causing the company’s stock to plummet. Joining Raisa and Banks are Gavin Stenhouse as Grace’s potential love interest Calum; Shanica Knowles as Tahlia and Hank Chen as Brendan, who are Grace’s best friends; along with Alison Fernandez as Lex, Grace’s young next-door neighbor.

Camilla Cabello on her way to being a pop icon

A year and a half ago, Camila Cabello announced her departure from girl group Fifth Harmony. Since that first performance, the songstress has been on an emotional journey with many milestones. She released her first album this January, a raw compilation of ballads and jams commemorating her year of both hurting and healing. The self-titled album earned her the distinction of the first debut by a woman to hit Number 1 on Billboard’s 200 albums chart in three years. Shortly after, her catchy tune "Havana" became a global, massive hit. She secured her first number one with the song, where it stayed on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 45 weeks.
Many plays later and after arguably earning the title of the biggest pop song of 2018 (who hasn't heard "Havana" at this point?), the catchy tune became Spotify's most-streamed song by a solo female artist with 888 million streams. Additionally, Cabello's latest single "Never Be The Same" earned her a number one spot on Billboard's Pop Songs and Adult Pop Songs charts, making it her second number one hit in a matter of months.
Despite only performing as a solo artist for a year, Cabello has become incredibly well-known and successful. Between a coveted spot as one of the opening acts on Taylor Swift's Reputation Tour, a tour of her own, and writing her second album, the singer is working hard to prolong this success. More Life was released wide and bowed with 505k in total activity—essentially half its predecessor—but it wasn't a "proper album," and there was no physical.
By 11pm PT on Thursday night, the new YMCMB/Republic project had flown to #1 at iTunes, reportedly selling 30k units overnight. With 22 songs, More Life shattered the one-week streaming record last year—finishing with 385m—and held it until labelmate Post Malone took the throne. How big will Scorpion get? Watch this space.

Since blasting off the launchpad early Friday morning, Drake’s Scorpion is rocketing into the stratosphere like nothing before it in the streaming era., as the 25-track album sets new records by the hour. Will it be the first album ever to blaze past 1 billion streams in its first week?
Scorpion is averaging 10m streams per hour at Spotify, and its tracks occupy the Top 25 slots at Apple Music. Buckle up, because we’re watching history being made in real time.
Drake's fifth official studio album, Scorpion consists of an "A Side" and a "B Side" and includes previously released smashes "Nice for What" and "God's Plan," while featuring the likes of Michael Jackson, Jay-Z and Ty Dolla $ign.
Speaking of Spotify, they're working in conjunction with Republic, Cash Money and Young Money Records on its first-ever global dedicated artist takeover, dubbed “ScorpionSZN” in honor of Scorpion. It is the first time a single artist has taken over multiple Spotify playlists on the same day.

Cardi B and Offset Are Married (Sercretly months ago)
Cardi B and Offset are already married, and documents show they actually tied the knot MONTHS ago -- which explains why he's now calling her his "wife" in public.
We did some digging and found out they got a marriage certificate in Fulton County, GA on Sept. 20, 2017. For you single folks ... the marriage certificate is filed with the court AFTER a couple does the deed as proof the marriage really happened.Congrats to them.

Incredibles 2 shatters weekend record.
Incredibles 2 grossed $180 million in its opening weekend domestically, shattering the weekend record for an animated movie.
The previous record was the $135 million grossed by Finding Dory in 2016.
Incresibles 2 ALSO breaks the record when adjusted for ticket price inflation, which was held by Shrek the Third’s $161 million.

Pitbull has a new track featuring Britney and Marc Anthony called "I Feel So Free With You"
He revealed he has a collaboration with Britney Spears and Marc Anthony
coming out called "I Feel So Free With You," which is sure to be epic.
He described the track as “volcanic” and now we're counting down until
we can hear it.

Well...
I have been super slack. But I do have reasons why. I have a youtube channel where I talk music, TV, and movies. Also, I have a new job now so I am back on the work train and have been doing a lot to build my social media following (not great but doing better). I want to do around 2 posts a week. I want to do more and communicate with yall more. Just be patient with me. I merge this with my other blog which I have barely posted on either. I want to talk about me (day to day stuff), music, TV shows, and movies. If you want to follow me on social media just let me know in the comments.

Bustle Article on Britney Spears Blackout 10 Years Later

Released during a chaotic year that cemented the singers transformation from America's sweetheart to tabloid curiosity, responses to Britney Spears' Blackout were mostly positive, if steeped in caustic judgment. Impressed reviewers repeatedly commended the playfulness of Blackout, it's striking production and the "bright, brash electropop" of its sound, but did so under the duress of acknowledging the tumult of Spears' personal life. Some critics began their reviews by dragging Spears' various tabloid sins out like criminals in a police line-up, as though attempting to identify the album's focus, or perceived lack thereof. "Two marriages, one annulment, multiple rehab stints, a concussed live-television debacle, a failed custody battle," one Blender review of Blackout said, "and various misadventures in baby-dropping, head-shaving and crotch-exposing."
Based on how Spears was being portrayed in the media, most reviews also took great pleasure in pointing out the irony of the album's title. Rolling Stone's review, for instance, began by calling the title choice, "unfortunate," before sneering, "while judges debate her child-visitation rights, Britney Spears has released an album whose title seems to have been inspired by a major flirtini binge." The low-hanging fruit of Spears' public breakdown was clearly too irresistible for critics who couldn't see past the potential punchline of the album title. But by all accounts, they missed the poin
Taken as a whole, the album isn't one extended retaliatory reference to the tabloid hysteria that followed Spears at the time, despite songs like "Piece Of Me," and "Gimme More," that mention it. Nor is Blackout a tawdry reference to her apparent propensity for partying, regardless of how many of it's songs confidently brag about "dancing tabletop," or hitting the dance floor from "10 pm to 4." Instead, the title choice could be seen as encapsulating the subtle foreboding that creaks out of every song. This was Spears acknowledging that "Miss American dream," had somehow hit a glitch but was embracing her newfound darkness to create something significant. She was working with her anguish instead of against it.
Pitchfork echoed such sentiments in their review of the album which confessed to being "genuinely surprised," by Blackout's "creepiness, its black hole heart," and went on to call its use of autotune, "oddly sinister." Perhaps even more intriguing, is that the music site compared the album's appeal to that of the TV show Twin Peaks. Pointing out that the same clichéd "sour secrets of the suburban every girl," and "virginal beauty off the rails," that made Laura Palmer's story so compelling in the show were the same with which we had an "endless appetite" for watching Spears' very own "messy life."
The comparisons are appropriate, and disturbingly, even extend to the lack of agency experienced by both the fictional character of Palmer and by Spears as a performer. In Twin Peaks, for instance, we discover Palmer's story only through the lovelorn testimonies of the town's bereft men and the police detectives investigating her abuse and murder. On Blackout we're mostly given access to Spears' thoughts and experiences as expressed by the various songwriters who contributed to it. Unlike 2004's In The Zone, in which Spears held songwriting credit for nine out of the 13 tracks, Blackout featured only two songs co-written by the singer. For an album that's so unavoidably personal, Blackout is also strangely disembodied from it's subject.
Pop Matters criticized the effect by saying, "she’s reduced to a disembodied voice ... purring disinterestedly into a microphone until someone tells her to stop." MTV speculated that "part of the point," of the effect was to find it hard "to tell where the real Britney begins and ends." You could argue that the effect achieves both, demonstrating the volume with which Spears had become dehumanized and distorted in tabloid media while also taking perverse ownership of that fact. Pushing the effect to ludicrous proportions, Blackout sounds at times like a corrupted sound blaring out of a crashed computer and overriding all attempts to force a hard reboot upon it.In the middle of a phase in Spears' life and career that producer Pharrell Williams once described as being a problematic "reality show that no one's producing, that no one's directing," Blackout had deeper and darker connotations to it that only some critics were savvy enough to hear. And isn't that sort of the point? The blackout expressed in the album's title had little to do with Spears' alleged partying or in silencing tabloid commentary about her, and more to do with a culture that was so obsessed with watching her that they'd forgotten how to hear her.

Lyrically, this is most evident on a song like "Piece Of Me." The power of which relied on the conceit that this was Spears' own rallying cry against a media who were profiting heavily from her story while also denying her a voice in it. Though the song is one of the best on the album, it falls flat when you realize that Spears didn't appear to have much of a say in creating it. As Slate put it, "She's capable of delivering bon mots like, “I'm Mrs. 'Extra! Extra! This just in!'/ I'm Mrs. 'She's too big, now she's too thin'” ... (Ironically, this self-reflective ditty is not one of the songs Britney had a hand in writing.)"
Based upon such misfires, it would be all too easy to dismiss the album as being the product of "an artist who simply couldn't be bothered," as Slate also suggested in their review. But musically, Blackout is far beyond the perimeters of default, mainstream pop and hiding something much smarter. As well as that aforementioned foreboding, the album also warps, stretches, and distorts Spears' vocals to such a point that she occasionally sounds robotic. Auto-tune is used to such a high volume that it at times feels sarcastic — the robotized, derisive response to a culture who wanted to see her perform, mess up, and clean up on demand, like the pop superstar equivalent of a Fembot.
